My parents were in another room and they did have hot water, so there was obviously an issue with just our room. Would visit again."

"Lovely hotel - rooms very well finished and very clean. Amazingly comfortable bed. Very good pool which was welcome after biking in 30° heat through the mountain. Best thing about this hotel though were the lovely staff. From check-in, the fantastic restaurant (food was seriously good) until check-out - all the staff were brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back. "
