### Nice comfortable villa with pool 5 minutes from the beach in Istria, Croatia.

If you’d like to feel Istrian charm our villa would be ideal for you! Almost 200 sq m, with terraces downstairs and upstairs, pool and sauna to enjoy, villa is perfectly located between two nice little towns Umag (8 km away) and Novigrad (5 km away). Karigador and Dajla beaches with dressing rooms, showers, bars are just 400-600 m away.   
Minimarket - 200 m  
Fruit shop - 300 m   
Fish restaurant and pizzeria - 600 m  
Both Karigador and Dajla villages have very nice promenades.   
Villa Eva Karigador offers bicycles for free. There many routes in the fields and forests to enjoy!  
The area itself offers a lot of nice restaurant, Istria is considered to be a gourmet region.  
Ljubljana - 1,5 hrs  
Venice - 2 hrs  
Trieste - 40 min
