« The house was in tip top form and delightfully appointed, very cozy. And within easy walking distance of Nevada City. Updated kitchen, outdoor deck. We had a wonderful time walking into town everyday where the people are friendly and the food is good. The only issue was getting the projection TV to work. It’s fabulous once you figure it out. What to know? You need to have the source on HTML2 and if the Sonos sound does not work, unplug Sonos and plug back in. Wait at least a minute. Have fun! »

« We only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It is a tiny home as describe. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nevada City....very short drive and very quite location. Host was very helpful and right next door. »

« We really enjoyed this house. It is close to the event we attended. The outside area is as beautiful as the inside, with a deck and nearby walk along the irrigation ditch. The well-equipped kitchen and ample seats for enjoying a meal together make it a great gathering spot. The rooms provided sleeping space for about 8 people (more could fit if everyone was a couple or the couch in the living area was used). What a great find! »
