"Don’t be put off by the prospect of on street parking. There was always easy parking one street above. Note that property is not an address found easily from the street and you must access by the alley, which is easy peasy. Also note, that if you’d like to sleep in the “occasional” use of the office space below the apartment is used everyday and phone conversations can clearly be overheard in the bedroom. For those sensitive to sleeping with any light, there is a sky light directly over the bed....
