Myself and my boyfriend stayed here and we loved it. It is quiet and peaceful while still being close to Mammoth Cave. We also loved the town, it has a cute coffee shop just up the street from this place and many small, local places to eat. We went to Cave City to see some things and we drove away feeling so happy we stayed here instead of a hotel in Cave City. This place was like a little oasis and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially while visiting Mammoth Cave. Bed was so comfy, especially after cave hiking, and the amenities were clean and just what was needed. Super quiet and just the right size. Could not hear the neighbors in the Vrbo next to us. About 20 minutes from the visitor center at mammoth cave (where tours start) and no ferry needed! Only down side was it was a little difficult to find, but I blame that partly on the fact that we got there after dark in pretty heavy rain. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the property. The smaller coffee cups are not big enough to use with the Keurig-style coffee maker. I learned this the hard way by overfilling a cup and having to clean up coffee that spilled all over the counter.
