Only 24 miles away from SpaceX and 26 miles away from South Padre, this tranquil condo boasts 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends, and for mid term or long term rentals! Enjoy the convenience of AC, heating, washer and dryer, WiFi, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. Total of 6 parking spaces including a two car garage, 2 spaces outside the garage and 2 spaces outside the gated property. The large kitchen has everything you’d need: toaster, pots, pans, blender, Keurig, cooking utensils and more. Bathrooms are furnished with towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash.
