Ian was in contact to ensure we had a good stay and went out of his way to be helpful. Proximity to the beach was the high point, including a patrolled beach for the kids. This property can not be presented as pet friendly as it is lacking in security or safe haven for pets as there is no front gate, rear fencing is falling down and has large holes meaning pets can not roam the garden without constant supervision. There have been 5 incursions of stray or local dogs deep into the front yard. As well the grass at the rear side of the house is...

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
