WIFI is so slow that I won't be staying there again as I rely on being able to work from my room when travelling for work. Generally some cleaning and painting is required in the outside areas and the bathrooms are getting dated and need a thorough clean.

A great stay.
Disappointed when first directed to a dark room looking straight into the carpark, when I had expected to be looking at the pool or the sea area. However, on showing my disappointment was immediately placed into a delightful apartment overlooking the pool. Suggest Reception give a map of where your room may be as I got lost a number of time. Otherwise, great staff and stay. Good location.

Very nice stay however the bed was two singles pushed together so my partner and i kept falling through… and there was a small blood stain and few other interesting looking stains on the sheets… Overall very beautiful, loved the pool.

Room was good. We had a balcony overlooking the pool which was very pleasant in the evenings. The restaurant/dinning room was mostly understaffed the staff on were competent and very pleasant but there were not enough of them most times.

The Oaks Broome is in an excellent position: opposite Town Beach (Thursday night market) and the Museum, near the bus stop, not too far to Matso's Brewery. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the large swimming pool. The restaurant has good food and you can take it to your room. There is a laundry available.

The hotel gave me an upgrade from a studio unit to a 1 bed apartment which was nice however the unit was not very clean with dirty ceiling fan and the kitchen sink didn’t look as though cleaned for some time. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work and the batteries in tv remote almost dead. The only restaurant on premises was open for dinner and breakfast only and the coffee machine was not working with no coffee shops nearby. The restaurant served food that was not properly heated and the eggs served with breakfast buffet appeared to be powerded eggs, they were like rubber. Service in the restaurant was also very poor and items on the menu were overpriced and did not provide much variety

Our accommodation was beyond our expectation. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant food was delicious and well priced. We could not fault this hotel. We had a 1 bedroom poolside apartment.

We had a fabulous time at Oaks Broome Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities superb. It is luxurious and far better than the photos portray. I'd recommend this for a relaxing 'in town' stay experience. And if I return to Broome, I will stay there again. Lovely!!

Reception staff were all wonderful and helpful. Room itself could do with a lift, a bit tired, and the curtains were really quite dirty along with one of the cushions on the bed. Good location with a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away. Town beach only a 5 minute walk. Overall, our stay was comfortable, just a little disappointed in the cleanliness

We stayed in an upstairs one bedroom apartment which worked really well for us. The kitchen had a large fridge which we found beneficial. We used both pools and enjoyed these greatly. The property is walking distance to the bus that runs to Cable Beach. We stayed for 12 days and cant wait to book the same for next year.

The hotel felt relaxed and the room was clean and tidy. Situated in a good location about 2km from China town also town bus service stops very close to the hotel so was easy to get around Broome.

Lack of communication were given room swipe card upon entry found half naked man laying on the bed!!!! Very tired; TV size of a laptop, pool facilities poor eg sun lounges old and stretched so when you laid down your back hit metal bars and showers in operable. Would not recommend

Broome Stopover
Stop over on the way to exploring the Kimberley. Location is close to Town Beach and a 10 minute walk into the town. The hotel has two nice pools, reasonable size rooms. Towels are worn out.
