One king bed in primary suite with beautiful on suite bathroom including a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom holds a queen bed and two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Separate office space with desk & futon. Screened in lanai where you can sit and enjoy the birds & butterflies in a serene setting. Close proximity to hospitals, shopping, and beaches but tucked back out of heavy traffic. Enjoy some fun with the full air hockey table, sip some coffee from the lanai or feel free to use our beach chairs & umbrella to Pine Island, Fort Island or Honeymoon Island Beach. One small dog allowed. We were also told not to put AC below 72 and my sister was very hot when we first checked in. It was in the quiet back side of the neighborhood. The floor plan was open and spacious with a large screened in porch with comfy seating. Which is where we spent our morning listening to the birds chirp while drinking coffee. The kids got to enjoy the air hockey table the whole time and there was plenty of usb chargers for their electronics too! So win on that part as well! The master shower is beautiful and roomy :) Checking in was easy and greeted us with a little welcome booklet that laid out the few rules of the house and also gave a great breakfast spot to go eat at. Ashley was super awesome and quick to respond with answers to all my questions. Definitely going to book again the next time we come back to visit our family on this side of Florida. We enjoyed having coffee on the screened in back patio. The office was perfect so I could check in with work when needed. The hostess was very responsive and answered my questions within minutes.
