The communication with property mgr did not happen anytime before check in. When we got there we had to call back to back to get let into the house. Lady said no one was booked when we were in fact and provided our reservation details. She had no idea! When we got into the property it was not even cleaned! We had to hurry up and get changed for rehearsal dinner and leave. while gone the cleaning crew came. Smelled nice when we got back and beds were madeLike it should look when you first arrive and not after the fact! The A/C in one of the she sheds I call it did not work so had to move family in to sleep on the couch all weekend. After driving from out of town I arrived to a locked gate. When I reached out to the host she was completely non-responsive. My only complaints is that the cleanliness wasn’t so great the kitchen counter were sticky when we arrived not so clean also outside spiders & spider webs all over the furniture that could’ve been maintained before guests arrived. The pool was semi clean wish we had a pool net to access. Communication with the Host wasn’t so great. I wasn’t able to get in touch with host directly. I kept having problems with the surround sound system due to the property WiFi connection I’ve asked a Question regarding my situation I never gotten a response.
