This stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled and boasts custom woodwork, small ocean views, and a prime location just a short walk from Crissey Field State Beach Park. Offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with a hot plate. Enjoy the serenity of lush gardens, fruit trees, three ponds, and even an enclosed blueberry garden. Come experience the ultimate in coastal living and immerse yourself in nature's tranquil embrace. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire yard/pond area. We have a green house and fruit trees and enclosed blueberry patch you're welcome to help yourself too. The Neighborhood: Safe gated property across the highway from Crissey Field State Beach Park. Getting Around: Drive to the beach across the highway or a short distance to the harbor and downtown Brookings. Other Things to Note: The property has multiple rentals on it. This unit particularly is not rented if the rest of the house is rented. We alternate bookings due to noise complaints in the past.
