This home enjoys a lovely position just across the Oregon Coast Highway and up the hill from Whaleshead Beach. It's located in the heart of the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor - a place to hike the Oregon Coast Trail, explore secluded beaches, and go for long, scenic drives. Harris Beach State Park, Cape Ferrelo, the Thomas Creek Bridge, Natural Bridges, and Arch Rock State Park are all within seven miles. One of the best features of this home is the wraparound deck - a fantastic spot for morning coffee, afternoon barbecues, and evening soaks in the hot tub beneath star-filled skies. The interior enjoys the same scenic setting, thanks to large picture windows framing the ocean and mountains. Cook with ease in the eat-in kitchen, move into the glassed-in sunroom to dine or play board games with a view, and gather in the living room after dinner to stream movies on the smart TV. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The dishes were not all clean and the hot tub was dirty, and the lid had been left open when we arrived. My husband ended up with a funky rash for a few days after he sat in the far corner of the hot tub. The front doot is very hard to open and the bathroom door does not shut all the way. There were blinds missing from the living room and some pannels missjng from the slider in the master making privacy impossible. The cabin was cozy inside, just not clean. Outside looked runned down. The landscaping was growing into the parking spot, the dog fees were not added on check out like the listing said they would be, making the listing feel scammy. There was broken rusted patio furniture and letting Vacasa know any of this was expremely hard and they did not seem to care. There were also several light bulbs burnt out. ##### Roxsee H. Banister is detached in loft, patio furniture is cracked and unusable, other patio furniture is rusted and falling apart (our puppy had a chunk in her mouth and was sick the whole next day - TETANUS! This could be an issue for anyone walking by), an open half of a liquor bottle of whiskey was on the back of the house, the water wasn’t drinkable and wasn’t usable even for brushing teeth and we weren’t for informed and found out from the front office, and when we went out to eat we came home and someone had been in the hot tub!
