Top Brookfield Hotel Reviews

Super 8 by Wyndham Youngstown/Austintown

10/10 Excellent

"All amenities closed: half the hotel closed off and Pinot and dirty. The staff very rude and consist of one person who does it all. Dirty stained linens at linen change. Just terrible and utility companies wanting to shut off water and gas. Gross!"

Wingate Suites by Wyndham Youngstown - Austintown

8/10 Good

"The property itself was really starting to show its age. The lobby looked like it needed to be swept and mopped. My biggest concern was about the front desk. The staff that worked there appeared sloppy and inefficient. Their clothing was not nice or sharp, but untucked, sloppy, and a poor representation of the company. I wanted to get a receipt for our stay and they said I could get that online. I would really have preferred to have the receipt handed to me. For those of us who are older, getting onto the computer and finding things isn’t always easy. The free breakfast was pretty nice."

Quality Inn & Suites New Castle

10/10 Excellent

"I've stayed here a number of times and it's my go to hotel. Rooms are always clean, it's quiet, the staff is always very friendly. Good location, not much around to do but is a short drive away. I highly recommend. FYI Got to get to the Continental breakfast early or you won't get anything."
