Once you unlock the door and open it the concrete floor had lots of bugs and the walls were very dirty. The stairs to go upstairs was carpet and smelled and extremely dirty. The place was smaller than expected but not a problem since it was just 3 of us. There were ants in one of the drawers and when my mom went to make coffee (which no coffee was provided only the maker) there was mold in the coffee maker. The toilet was dirty and the shower head is very old and needs to be replaced. There was no hair dryer or extra toilet paper. I did send a message to the owner about the toilet paper and hair dryer. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and the following day they provided a hair dryer. The listing states there is a hot tub however I could not find it. For the price that I paid for the 3 nights I was expecting the place to be cleaner since I did pay for a cleaning fee. I have never given a bad review before and I stay at a lot of VRBO's but I feel that future renters need to be aware. ##### Linda M. Had a lovely time and would recommend to couples. Easy boat trailer parking. Very close to restaurants, public boat launches. Lots of TV channels to choose from, including sports.
