Open floor plan, large side deck with gas grill and gas fire pit, large screened in porch. Expansive kitchen perfect for entertaining, featuring a large island with stools, new table that seats 8, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. The cozy screened inn porch has sofa, recliner, table for 2 which is perfect for morning coffee and another teak table that seats 4\. Unit includes WiFi and 2 TVs. Great location, close to pool and clubhouse. 18 hole golf course, playground, basketball, sand volleyball and Mulligan's restaurant (in season). Sleeps 7-8\. 10 minute drive to Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park. Beautiful scenery right on the Cumberland River. Gated community which made us feel safe. Owner very responsive to all my silly questions. It sits down a very steep hill with access by steps or a golf cart paved path We had no problems but if your walking is a challenge it might be difficult.
