Pool heat is $75 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. These cleanings are pre-scheduled and cannot be moved. 🌿 A Quick Note About Nature Because the home is surrounded by beautiful forest, it's normal for leaves or other natural debris to occasionally land in the pool. For your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer net for use between cleanings. There’s a nice creek flowing in the back that the kids enjoyed exploring. Inside, there was enough seating for eight at the dining room table, so we all were able to have our meals in one table together. I loved that the kids could play and we weren’t able to see any neighbors. Follow the list that Kelli made for you and you’ll have everything you need. Communication was great and I can’t wait to go back. There was something for everyone. Our group was 2 adults, 13, 12, 8 & 2\. Nobody was ready to leave. I can’t recommend this property enough. The house was clean, well furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable for the days/nights we stayed and was absolutely gorgeous! We loved how quiet the outdoor space was especially since there were other houses nearby with very large groups(party houses). We weren’t disturbed by the surrounding houses because the backyard was situated perfectly among the beautiful forest with no other houses behind it. It felt private and safe for our family of five. There is plenty of outdoor space for exploring, clean hot tub for relaxing and outdoor games for the kids. We highly recommend this house for a family or even a couples trip. The layout of the house would be perfect for two couples- there’s plenty of privacy with the two master style suites. The upstairs loft was large enough for our three kids to sleep comfortably at night and play games during the day. Before arriving we received a detailed list of local amenities and information about the house and neighborhood. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room. The outdoor patio is gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing plenty of space. The pool was a good size and fit all 9 of us. The outdoor patio with the tv and fireplace was amazing and relaxing even with the kids running around like crazy. The manual made things easy and there was a lot of towels, plenty of utensils, and other kitchen appliances. We only really needed to head into town for milk you can easily spend your whole trip at the house with the right people! I had to make sure we found a place that was suitable for my 1 year old and my teen/adult children. It is a great location. Just a few miles down we enjoyed our time at Beavers Bend state park, zip lining, boat and tube rental, kayaking and more. Kelli provides a very comfortable and clean place. The cabin was everything we expected it to be , Very clean, Modern decor, with very large bedrooms and bathrooms, the patio area was perfect for hangout out with the family, the Hot tub was super clean. We decided to check out Hochatown for the first time and booked this house not knowing what the expect. House was spectacular in terms of sleeping accommodations and cleanliness. We have a 20 month old and 3 year old which can sometimes be scary not knowing if things are “kid friendly” and this house totally was safe for them! Location to shops, brewery, food was a plus. The kids loved the loft area and arcade games. Everyone felt like they had their own space to unwind at the end of the day. It’s obvious the cabin is new. Everything was so clean and decorated really well. The back porch was our favorite area! We ate our meals there, enjoyed the hot tub, and watched tv. We even got to see some deer exploring. The cabin is at the end of the street and doesn’t back-up to any other cabins so we felt pretty secluded. The owner was quick to answer any questions during our stay. Picturesque house in a more secluded area to enjoy the outdoors and escape the busy day to day. The house is gorgeous and has great details in the interior and exterior design. Spent most of our time on the outdoor deck that is spacious, great seating, hot tub, and backs up to a deep wood line with a creek. Enjoyed the deer in the mornings drinking coffee on the back deck. Great amenities provided in the home. Arcade game and other games in the loft were enjoyable. Plenty of indoor space if the weather doesn’t cooperate. S’more kit for the first evening was provided and enjoyed the fire pit. The house is close to all the businesses in the area and was a quick drive to the lake even with the holiday traffic. The host went above and beyond to be sure our stay was perfect! Will be back to enjoy vacation again soon at Mint to Be!❤️ ##### Martha C.
