BYO passwords to log into your favorite streaming services. \-If you prefer a traditional coffee pot to a Keurig, one is provided but BYO coffee and filters. \-The water level in the creek can fluctuate depending on a number of factors. \-After booking, a link will be sent to digitally sign a rental agreement. This agreement must be signed before you will receive the property address and a door code. The name on the rental agreement must match the name on the credit card used to book. \-We have two outdoor security cameras on the property that will be on during your stay. One is on the front porch pointing away from the cabin toward the street. Everything was explained before we got there, and expectations were met! Our host Mason responded and answered all my questions speedily. The location was lovely about 15 minutes from both towns, Broken Bow and Hochatown. Then was just outside/in Beavers Bend Park, beautiful sights, hiking, and kyaking! 10/10 stay! ##### Aubrey M.
