We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. RULES ✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties. ✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens. ✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed. ✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee. ✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub, pond and fire features. The amenities were the best. The games, the hot tub size, the kitchen, the playroom, outdoor living area, fire pit and firewood provided. Everything worked as expected and as described. The communication was 10/10\. We had two couples and 3 kids, definitely could have held a few more kids. The two master sweets were the best! The location to the main road was great! We went with another couple and the double matching king suites with separate thermostats was perfect. We had zero complaints and will def be staying here again. Would also be great for a family with kids as there was plenty of room upstairs. Had a very secluded feel which is what we were looking for.Our favorite parts were the kitchen (I love to cook) and the back patio/hot tub. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware. It is very close to the Choctaw resort, and other places such as convenient stores and such.Bathrooms were 5 out of 5, probably one of the best showers I've ever used.We did not use the upstairs, but this would be a great idea for a family with kids, for the kids to have a place upstairs to play and watch tv.This was a last minute getaway, literally 24 hour in advance getaway, and the hosts were very informative and easy to work with.Only suggestion would be to get a bag if ice on the way to the cabin.
