The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, bream, bluegill and crappie. Catch and release only please. Head to the back of the cabin to find the spacious outside back patio to enjoy a meal outside with views of nature and the pond. With a bubbling hot tub, a large picnic table for six, and lots of chairs for you to sit in and enjoy the scenery, we’re sure you’ll find this the perfect place to relax and watch the kids at play. This is outdoor living at its best. Cook some burgers or hot dogs on the BBQ grill. Enjoy them with a few drinks, while listening to the sound of the birds in the tall pines. Even enjoy a game of axe throwing (yes, I said axe throwing) & conrhole. Don’t worry, it is safe for kiddos. We have a variety of swings and chairs around the firepit as well as large oversized hammock net for stargazing. RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy. NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed. SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property. GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months. PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on. Whether you are single wanting an oasis to get away by yourself or you have small or grown kids, this place hits all the check marks of comfort, luxury, and things to do. In addition, the upgrades of this home are all felt when staying here. Chris and Melissa are excellent communicators both prior your trip and during your stay should there be questions. My wife and I have 5 kids ages 3-17 and this was such a great find. Not only is it clean and loaded with amenities but the owners were great on communication and honestly not loading us up with chores before leaving. I can’t stress the convenience of having all the fireplaces, grills, out door lights on timers so you could just set it and forget it. Would definitely stay here again and am almost hesitant to recommend this place to others, but purely from selfish motives. Highly recommend this cabin. ##### Michael K. The house was beautiful and even had a Christmas tree! It also has an amazing outdoor area. We didn’t get to use them as much as I wanted because of the weather but we loved when we could! The property (although tucked pretty far back) was perfect for letting our kids run around, play on the playscape, enjoy the hot tub, and go fishing every day! We caught about 6 fish (5 were pretty small) but had a great time and the ability to just fish outside our back door. The house itself was great, the bedrooms are gorgeous and great size. The bunks were comfortable and the home was well equipped with anything you could want (even a spice rack for cooking!!) Games, tons of TVs, lots to do outside! We loved staying here- we couldn’t have been more pleased with a great place and outdoor area. ##### Emily P.
