As in the owners have never stayed here. It was not particularly cozy. The furniture wasn’t comfortable. The air conditioner worked but wouldn’t get below 75 during the day. Access from the parking area was sketchy at best. The cabin wasn’t clean. The walls were dirty, the furniture and rugs were stained, and it was dusty in general. There were also several damaged fixtures and burned out lights. The hot tub was large but the controls were damaged and only half of the jets worked. Our trip was not unpleasant but compared to other cabins we have rented in the area this one did not measure up. ##### Dustin W.
