As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, dogs, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We have installed an animal deterrent outside the deck to prevent them from coming close to the cabin, but cannot guarantee the possibility 100%. We appreciate your understanding! Driving & Parking Broken Bow roads in general can be rough and are not ideal for low-clearance or sports cars. We recommend using an SUV, truck, or standard vehicle. Just a heads-up—your vehicle may get a little dusty! Our cabin sits back off the road a bit, and there is a circle drive so you can park plenty of vehicles and there is more than enough space if you have a boat or ATV trailer as well. The entire cabin and surrounding property are yours to enjoy during your stay, including the peaceful creek and the fun play area just across it. Relax, explore, and make yourself at home in the woods. Upstairs bedroom was my favourite room. We heated the pool for the kids and was nice to have that option. Was a bit far back from main road but I liked the feel of being a bit away from the noise and traffic. Close to the park and all the restaurants although we enjoyed just hanging out at the house and making meals for the family. Host was very responsive to any questions and requests. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully designed with so much space, perfect for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with its own thoughtful touches that made everyone feel at home.The amenities are what really make this property stand out. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and we spent every evening relaxing under the string lights while listening to the sounds of the creek. The kids loved the play set, slide, and especially the bunk and game room with arcade games and shuffleboard. There was never a dull moment for anyone.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for big family meals, and the outdoor firepit was the perfect place to gather for s’mores and stories. The location was ideal too, tucked away for peace and privacy but still close to restaurants, the lake, and hiking spots.The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail. Check-in was seamless, communication was quick and friendly, and the whole property was spotless. We are already talking about coming back.
