The family friendly Fireside Creek Cabin which sleeps 10 in beds is perfect for your family and your friends. It's located in the heart of the Hochatown community near all the activities at Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. Upon entering the cabin your eyes will be drawn to open floor plan of the family, dining and kitchen area. Gorgeous stained concrete floors provide the perfect accent to the lovely design. A gas-log fireplace is the focal point in the spacious living area. And, a huge granite island in the kitchen provides plenty of room to visit with friends and family while preparing a wonderful meal. The hand-crafted dining table will seat 8 people easily with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main King bedroom features a king bed, dresser, side tables, and a spacious master bath with double vanities. The second king bedroom also has a full attached bath. The third queen bedroom with a full bath across the hall completes the sleeping area downstairs. Upstairs is a large game room with a beautiful distressed tin ceiling. Double twin bunk beds provide additional sleeping for 4\. The adults and kids can enjoy a game of pool; challenge friends on the 9 ft. Shuffleboard and play on the Gaming Console. Extra guests may sleep on the large sofa or bring an airbed. Outside guests will enjoy the outside seating area which surrounds a stone wood burning fireplace. A large hot tub is also located under cover on the back deck. Relax in privacy out of the elements in this deluxe hot tub. Hot tub was nice. The fire pit, horse shoes and shuffleboard were lots of fun and the wooded surroundings are beautiful. Game room: We were disappointed in the pool table with ripped top in several places and bad tips on the sticks. Shuffleboard was well used, but still lots of fun. Couldnt switch from wii to tv w remote. Needs chairs. Bed/bath: The showers were wonderful and beds were very comfy. The mattresses are high, so if you are short, you may struggle. A nightlight in the bathrooms would help. Kitchen: Nicely stocked, good appliances, but the kitchen faucet was broken and only sprayed, no stream of water. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and silverware. Only 1 or 2 chef knives and the cookie sheet is small. Lighting a bit dim when cooking on the cooktop. Dining area: Plenty of seating and great for a large group, but the table was sticky all along the edge and all of our napkins, paper towels, paper plates stuck to it and we had to peel them off. I wiped it down good, but no improvement. We contacted mgmt and they sent the maintenance man. He put new tips on the sticks and fixed tv, but thought the dining table was varnished wrong and he couldn't fix the faucet. We declined the offer of a cleaning person to work on the table. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed fall break with our family. It was peaceful and a lot of fun. ##### Sandy O. The home was perfect for our family and located close to the state park, restaurants and fun activities. The three bedrooms on the first floor were great and the kids loved the upstairs bunk room with pool table and shuffle board. We loved the fire pit, played horseshoes, and climbed on the play structure. The hot tub was a hit too. The house is about a block off the main road so that’s important to know and not something I saw in other reviews. Other homes are visible through the trees but didn’t bother us at all. Séjour de 4 nuits en novembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Paige C. 13 nov. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Best Beavers Bend cabin we have have stayed at! We loved Fireside Creek! We stayed here for my two year olds birthday, along with my four year old, my husband, and myself. The cabin was extremely well stocked, very clean, and the instructions were very clear on getting in, etc. the location was perfect. It rained the first day and my kids had the time of their lives playing in the creek and on the swing set! The fireplace was perfect for warming I’m up on the cool days, and we loved the playroom games. We were so happy to see the baby gate and step stool for the little ones! The location was the best we have ever stayed in, right by restaurants and events, and just a few minutes from the park. The only things to be aware of were the roads into the neighborhood were kind of rough if you have a very low car. Also noticed all the smoke detectors were removed (family member had a big house fire last week so we are acutely aware of fire safety now!) Loved the location of the cabin. Close to Beaver’s Bend national park. Everything was clean and as pictured in the listing. Host provides many helpful items in the kitchen, towels, blankets and many family games in cabinets. Cant wait to come back for a longer stay. ##### Nellida A. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Rooms are very nice and spacious. The grounds and house were very well maintained. Overall super happy we stayed here this trip. ##### Josh B. We enjoyed our stay, we felt 2 nights is very short though that might be enough to cover local attractions but to enjoy the cabin and spend time with family and friends you may want to extend to an additional day ! Well maintained cabin with a great location is an advantage to cover all local attractions, kids and my friends family enjoyed the stay. The hot tub, our door fireplace and fire pit really topped it off. The house was cozy and furniture was super comfy. There was plenty of towels and blankets and all the kitchen necessities.
