So yes there were open blades just laying around. The main large butcher knife that was there is so dull it wouldn't even cut through a tomato. The stove element had to be propped up with a butter knife because the heating element was hanging into the stove. The shower was stopped up, I tried to plunge it but it still just slowly drains. There are big gaps in the blinds where it looks like a dog tore an 8 inch square out, and the blinds are the 5 ones so they can be very easily replaced. However, my post here is only solely for the intention to help, not hurt the cabin owners. Although all of the staff my wife and I dealt with were very attentive and friendly, the conditions of the cabin itself was simply not acceptable. I will not go into details but the entire cabin is in sorely need of a makeover. (I.e. bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen). But the most offensive of the experience was the cigarette/marijuana smells and muddiness behind the toilet. We would love to give your cabins another try for you have an ideal location for them. The service was awesome just location was a nightmare. If I am to book a cabin from the same place again I will want the one furthest from the road. My boyfriend and I could not sleep bc the bed and pillows was too hard and it didn’t help that the logging trucks was shaking the cabin. The most unstressful thing was the fireflies we saw.
