### Strandkieker 1 - Beach Apartments Strandkieker

The modernly furnished Appartement Strandkieker 1 welcomes you with a loving, maritime equipment and a balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea.  
  
On about 40 m² you will find a combined living room / bedroom with two single boxspring beds (90 x 200).  
A fully equipped kitchenette in the hallway (2 ceramic hobs, sink, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) offers all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.   
  
The modern shower room with window has as well as the living room with underfloor heating.  
  
This apartment has a connecting door to the apartment Strandkieker 2, so that both apartments together can be used ideally for a holiday with a family of 4.  
  
A view to the horizon, long beach walks and a light breeze & # 133; so should be holiday on the Baltic Sea.  
  
The newly built apartment house & # 132; Strandkieker & # 147; is located directly on the promenade of the seaside resort Schönhagen. It has 3 apartments, each with about 40 m² living space and a penthouse with about 60 m² living space. Large windows allow an impressive view of the Baltic Sea.  
  
Guests have access to a communal sauna in the house.  
  
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but can be obtained from the Tourist Information for a fee of 15 & # 128; per person to be borrowed.

Diese kleine Ferienwohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Nähe zu Kappeln bietet weitere Versorgungsmöglichkeiten. Im Tourismusbüro wird man freundlich empfangen und gut beraten.Die Gegend lädt ein zu Wanderungen und Radtouren, dadurch hat sie einen besonderen Erholungseffekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

#### Toplage mit kleinen Mängeln

Die einzelnen Appartements sind durch Zwischentüren miteinander verbunden, was eine sehr hohe Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarn mit sich bringt und eine normale Unterhaltung kaum möglich macht, ohne dass die Nachbarn jedes Wort verstehen. Die Lage des Appartements direkt am Strand ist 1A! Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich hat eine schöne Größe. Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Der Gesamteindruck war gut. Wir würden allerdings beim nächsten Mal das Penthouse mieten.
