"The hotel was a great property in a great part of town. Front desk staff were very friendly, they gave me a late check out without any problems. "

"Stayed 1 night, so we didn’t get much time to fully explore Rochester. The breakfast options were good and had all the usual items like bagels, bread, make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt, chocolate milk, coffee, and more. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants within walking distance, and right off a busy highway. Would definitely consider staying longer next time if we get another opportunity to visit Rochester."

"Room was dirty. My room didn’t have a refrigerator, phone, microwave, hairdryer, soap, or shampoo. The staff member I dealt with was less than helpful and rude. I would not recommend staying here to anybody. Ever."

"Our room had a weird smell, the shower leaked and there was no hot water the last morning."

"This is not a perfect hotel, but you definitely get what you pay for! Very decent hotel with wonderful staff, it's legit. I had a suite room that was next to the elevator so there times where it was a little noisy, but for the most part I enjoyed the room; it was clean, it was spacious, comfortable, and it has everything that I needed and more. Free breakfast was very nice too, I really appreciated that. 🙂"

"It was cold breakfast. When I was getting coffee putting in creamer to coffee cup, because the creamer bottle plumper was tight, I was pushing it a little slow, the staff was passing by said ‘yeah take your time’ nothing wrong with that phrase, but I felt embarrassed because she wasn’t face me to say that, she was talking loudly to other guests sitting there… I will not stay there again."

"We were picking up a puppy and needed to fly back to California the next day and the room was perfect for our needs. They have a little mini-mart near the front desk that was super helpful. Room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The only negative was that the fire alarm went off and we were on the third floor—it seemed like the real deal for a minute and everyone piled into the hallway in their jammies. It scared the bejesus put of the puppy. That problem was most likely caused by a guest smoking in their room, so we didn’t hold it against the hotel."

"Looks like a trafficking spot. The 1st comforter had blood stains and cigarette burns, asked for a new one which was better but still felt sketchy. The lock on the window was broken and fridge in room smelled awful. The breakfast was made of a few items the employee must've picked up from Walmart on their way in. Coffee was terrible, bagels weren't fresh and expect to pour your juice from a minute maid carton. Will never stay here again, do not advise for women or families, or anyone for that matter."
