"Dawn's Cottage was perfect!! We were looking for a quiet beach neighborhood between Frederica and Rehobeth and it absolutely fit the bill. One road in and out and nestled between some marsh and the ocean, everything was clean and neat, the space was roomy and had all the amenities we needed, and communication was just about instantaneous. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the same. "
