A contemporary family bathroom serves the other two rooms, making this level ideal for families or groups. Upstairs, the heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, framed by exposed wooden trusses and flooded with natural light. A Juliet balcony overlooks the courtyard and can be opened on warm days to let the sunshine and fresh air inside. There's also a fourth bedroom on this floor, complete with its own en suite. Outside, the walled garden offers a mix of sunny and shaded spots for relaxing or entertaining, with an outdoor dining area and a bubbling electric hot tub providing a little luxury to round off your stay.
