Let yourself be charmed by this Grand Studio #THE MASTER OF THE SHIP located in a large Villa in brazier, typical stone of the region, built at the end of the 19th century.   
  
This architect's house designed by Marc Vigne has been completely renovated in the form of a private mansion.   
  
Do not hesitate to meet up with friends or family in complete privacy thanks to its numerous apartments.   
  
These accommodations, as well as others located in the city centre, belong to the ★Bien à Brive★ domain.   
  
★ FULLY Equipped APARTMENT   
  
Very bright, with large openings to the outside, beautiful volumes and a very nice ceiling height. Its solid oak parquet, cornices and mouldings were preserved during its renovation.   
  
An ideal location, in a quality environment steeped in history, for staying during a professional stopover or a tourist visit.   
  
You will appreciate the immediate proximity: of the historic centre, shops, cafés and restaurants, boutiques and museums....   
  
The flat comprises:   
  
★ with a separate bed for 2 people   
  
★ with a shower room with separate WC: hairdryer available.   
  
★ with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with an induction hob, a microwave, a bean coffee machine, a refrigerator, and everything necessary for cooking and eating.
