« This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. Moccasin Point was a close boat ramp to launch our boat and the dock at the property made our fishing days easy. By the way, we did have fishing success! The property manager...

Small hiccup with not having the correct code to the door at checkin; resolved with a couple phone calls.Kindly refunded pet cleaning fee on day of check in when we didn’t bring our dog.Easy to communicate with throughout the week when various questions came up. « We had a wonderful stay! The location is private with trees and bushes in between the neighbors so you don't see them. The dock easily fit two fishing boats. There were more than enough trash bins to hold all of our trash, which is a big plus because some places don't have enough. The main house was a little bit to get to the water to (my parents are 79 and 82) but there is a small cabin that is right on the water. That had a bathroom and a refrigerator that could be used so you could hang out...

« This truly checked all of the boxes for me and my family! From previous cabin rentals, I have a tendency to overpack…there was absolutely nothing I needed here except for food and clothes. The place was spotless and garbage was taken care of immediately. Bonus points for meeting the wonderful neighbors, Barb and Mark! Look forward to booking again and thank you for a great week! 10/10 »
