Beach walk extremely close and the neighbors were all very friendly/informative. I like that the beach wasn’t crowded or busy. The owner had great communication too. "We had a great stay. I wasn’t sure about the location but we ended up really liking it. Since there are no neighbors, it felt very private as it’s sort of situated between the residential area and the commercial area. We found it pretty quiet and and very relaxing. We enjoyed walking from the house to dinner, to get coffee and donuts or browse the shops. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Will definitely be back!"

"Location was convenient for exploring St George Island and Apalachicola. Wi-Fi was slow, not great for trying to stream on the TV in the evenings. Very basic lodgings but adequate."

"We loved our stay and the proximity to the beach!! This is also a great location from downtown Port Saint Joe, which has so many awesome food options. The instructions in the manual on how to get into the laundry room were outdated so we did have to call to clear that up and we called a separate time because we only had 4 washcloths provided ( all the washcloths ended up in the condo next store on accident). And then there's Cheryl...the most pleasant host from check-in to check-out She provides everything you need except your food!
