Welcome to your cozy retreat in downtown Bristol! This charming 2 bed, 1 bath apartment is part of a converted home that has been transformed into three private living spaces. Each apartment has its own entrance, ensuring a sense of privacy while still being close to the vibrant city life. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a well-furnished space designed for relaxation after a day of exploring.  
  
The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay. With a full bathroom stocked with essentials, you can easily wash up and unwind. The inviting bedrooms feature comfy bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Fluffy towels and quality toiletries in the bathroom add a touch of luxury to your experience.

Bristol is a city that always has something going on, and our home is just down the street from all the events and restaurants you'll find downtown. If you just feel like staying in for the night we've got all your streaming needs covered with a big Smart TV in the living room that's already logged in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.  
  
Guest Access:  
This unit is on the first floor. From the parking area at the back of the house, you'll go to the left of the house. The entrance is on the left side of the house, marked unit #1!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.  
  
Getting Around:  
The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The washer is currently out of order. We are waiting on the owners to fix it currently

PET INFORMATION:  
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.  
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, EXCLUDING cats, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
