Our apartments are located at the historic end of the harbour, next to Underfalls Yard, Ashton Court and The Avon Gorge. "Strictly no smoking allowed. Failure to do so you will be charged £150 for each violation. We have minute smoke detectors in the property Please note there are 4 sofa beds which are not suitable for long stays they are suitable for short weekend groups Guests have access to the whole property throughout their stay.
