Enjoy a large, fenced in backyard with an overlooking deck complete with outdoor furniture. The home is 300ft from the water with public access and storage for kayaks/paddleboards. Minutes from downtown and a 25 minute drive to Providence or Newport. Upstairs: \-Master bedroom w/king bed, dresser, closet \-Living room with XL sectional and 75in smart TV. This room can comfortably fit 8 people. \-Full Bathroom (attached to bedroom) Main Floor: \-Full Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, sink \-Dining room with large 8 person table - 32in smart TV located in this room \-Bedroom with queen bed, closet and shelving \-Bedroom with twin bed and large desk \-Full Bathroom \-Small "Living room" with 3 person couch leading out to the deck Basement (fully finished with private entrance if needed): \-Bedroom with King bed, 2 closets, luggage racks and smart TV \-Laundry Room with washer/dryer \-Full Bathroom Driveway fits 3+ vehicles and there is plenty of street parking as well. We lived that each floor felt like its own small apartment soace with a bathroom oer floor as well ad bedrooms. The front porch and patio were lovely places ro sit and relax and enjoy the outside.
