Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 45m² bijou annexe provides a light, airy and open living space. It features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom, offering privacy and tranquillity, has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The ensuite bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and soap. We constantly try to improve; hence, we recently replaced the chairs and bed frame with new, sturdier ones. Note that you can park on the street for free. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. Bath, a picturesque city in the United Kingdom, is renowned for its rich history, stunning Georgian architecture, and natural thermal springs. Nestled in the heart of Somerset, Bath boasts a UNESCO World Heritage status, primarily due to its well-preserved Roman baths and exquisite 18th-century buildings, such as the Royal Crescent and the Circus. The city's Roman Baths are a testament to its ancient origins, while the elegant Bath Abbey symbolises its enduring spirituality. With charming cobblestone streets, lush green parks, and a thriving cultural scene, Bath offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity, making it a captivating destination for visitors and a cherished home for its residents. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. It's a 2 min walk to the main Bath/Bristol bus route. Bristol Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. The bathroom was very small, fan did not work, shower had nil provisions.Shower door rails were filthy, both hot and cold taps turned on the basin top as if unfixed. Wardrobe in the bathroom is unhealthy as clothes get moist. No tea towels for drying dishes, and no dishcloth either. Tea mug was chipped and dirty and a real shortage of good cutlery. Washing up is done by the previous people staying in the rental, so stuff that myself and partner used had to be washed before use as they were not quite clean. A cup I went to use had lipstick caked onto the side of it! Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as we would have expected it to be. The coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned from the previous rental and the toilet was dirty. We also had issue with locking and unlocking the first door. The key often got stuck. The apartment isn’t in town, but we enjoyed the walk downtown bath. It was conveniently close to roads leading out of the city which would well for us as we did a few day trips outside of bath. ##### Karen M.
