Great hotel
Stayed on the 7th floor. Lovely modern clean room with a good size balcony. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food was great. Fabulous hotel with onsite parking in the city centre.

The staff really made this stay! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I've never seen anything like it in the UK before! The hotel itself is very clean, breakfast is fab, bar had numerpus options and also great service. Really couldnt fault it and would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Holiday Inn Bristol - disappointing
Very disappointing. Had to change rooms, still not much improvement. I adequately cleaned, shabby fittings and sofa bed. However service was professional and friendly, and breakfast was excellent.

Fab breakfast
Not bad, it’s situated on a very busy road and our premium room overlooked the road. Was noisy at night with lots of police sirens. The room is very nice and clean but we found the pillows were too soft but if you called reception they would have provided firm pillows. Breakfast was beautiful and the staff are very nice and helpful offering choice of eggs and fresh pancakes. My cooked breakfast was lovely and worth every penny. Hotel is well situated opposite the shopping centre. Overnight parking in the adjacent ncp car park is hefty at £20 per night.

Property was clean and the staff were lovely. You could tell everyone was hard working and your requests were seen to quickly. Unfortunately the room was dated and the bathroom didnt lock, the sink was chipped and the elevator was broken. Unlikely we would stay again.

National Express didnt get me here until near midnight, so, i didnt complain about room odor. Either cigs or sewer gas. Toilet ran. They demand 50L for mini bar. You have to demand it back. A charge. Not a hold. Some stains and wear.

So we booked a premium meal with dinner and breakfast. At check in they seemed oblivious to this but then got it sorted. Premium room with balcony - wouldn’t even bother. Nothing premium about it at all. Not even a kind size bed and the balcony gives you nothing worth looking at. The food - again don’t do it. Go eat out somewhere and save the money it was awful. The breakfast they tried claiming we weren’t entitled too and I had to go through various things to get this sorted. All to be met with a pretty awful buffet. To give you an idea I stay in hotels for over 70nights a year and this was the worst I have experienced in a long time. Being severed food by waiters who smell of sweat. Drinks that were off. Food shocking. Being told if I wanted to check in early I would have to pay £10 an hour. Terrible and a let down to the IHG brand.

Friendly, helpful check in. Room was really nice. Modern and clean. Bathroom looked very new. Air conditioning was not working very well, sent maintenance quickly but it didn’t appear to rectify it. Maintenance brought a fan to room which was v helpful. Good location and well priced. Shame about the air con but all staff encountered were very nice and helpful and I liked the room. Would recommend.

We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was great. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff were all polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I went back to Bristol.
