Upstairs are two cosy bedrooms with a modern bathroom, and a top-floor living room with smart TV and library. Perfectly placed for exploring the city’s culture, shops, and restaurants.  
  
The Space:  
Tucked away on the historic Christmas Steps, this 2-bedroom townhouse offers a truly unique stay in the heart of Bristol. Dating back to at least the 15th century, Christmas Steps is one of the city’s most atmospheric streets, now home to an array of independent shops, studios, and galleries as part of the vibrant Arts Quarter. The property itself is a local landmark, featuring two statues on its façade that are often highlighted on Bristol’s walking tours.  
  
Inside, period charm blends beautifully with modern style. On the ground floor, the former shop front has been transformed into a stylish dining and seating area with a smart TV, creating a cosy yet sociable space. Staying at this home in the old centre of Bristol means you’re right at the heart of this vibrant, creative city, with many of its best attractions just a short stroll away. Within minutes, you can explore the lively Harbourside, home to museums, galleries, restaurants, and bars. Don’t miss M Shed for fascinating local history, the Arnolfini for contemporary art, and We The Curious for hands-on science fun. The iconic floating venue Thekla offers live music nights, while the Bristol Hippodrome, Bristol Beacon, O2 Academy, and the Old Vic provide top-class theatre, concerts, and performances.

Getting Around:  
The townhouse is located in the city centre, with all of the city's best attractions all around you. So you can spend the majority of your trip exploring on foot. For those travelling entirely by public transport, Bristol Temple Meads has regular train links all across the country, from London Paddington right up to Glasgow and down to Penzance. From here it is a short taxi, bus or electric scooter/bike to the centre. Alternatively, it's around a 25-minute walk.  
  
For those who do drive, free parking is only available on the street on Sundays. On all other days, pay and display is available, however, it normally has a maximum number of hours. The best option is one of the nearby multi-storey car parks, which are only a 5-minute walk. It is possible to stop at the top of Christmas Steps to unload your belongings.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The property is situated directly on Christmas Steps, a cobbled street of steps which you will have to walk down to get to the front door. Once inside, it is a townhouse set over 3 levels. So it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
