It's A motorway services area so not the most attractive place to stay but it is convenient for the transport links, and Cribbs causeway. Certainly nothing to complain about.

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient on checkin and food was great for the price and a service station hotel. Room was by reception on our visit unfortunately there were other guests clearly ‘making an evening of it’ and loudly outside our room when smoking and were still there when we went to catch our flight at 3am chatting to reception

Our room was clean less for the bin in the bathroom being emptied. The staff were really lovely and friendly so that’s a 5 star but the breakfast was a bit of a let down as it was luke warm and lacked choice. That said, we dined at 10am.

For the purpose of our overnight stay, the hotel did the job. The bedding and towels were clean and reasonably comfortable and the complimentary tea tray was clean too. The carpet had undeterminable red stains which it didn't appear had been cleaned or attempted to be cleaned. One bedside light didn't work. The remote for the TV didn't work which I believe was the batteries. The other guests were so very noisy, arguing too on the corridor before 6 in the morning, unlucky for us! The 1cm gap between door and frame meant we could hear everything and the corridor lights shone right through too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, check in and out very easy. We didn't need to dine there so don't know about those facilities but looked quite welcoming from reception.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They can't do enough for you. Food in the restaurant was rasty and freshly cooked. Bedrooms are comfortable and well stocked, but a little tired. Have stayed here twice now, and would stay here again!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good price. As we had no car, we did find it a bit tricky to walk along the highway to get to the bus stop. But it is an easy bus ride to city center. Other than a couple fast food places and a grocery store, there is no place else you can walk to, like pubs or restaurants, but it is a great hotel to stay in at night after a day of exploring Bristol.

Very convenient for travellers doing a stopover. The price is reasonable and easy access to motorways, airport and Bristol is a plus. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Thanks.

Our only issue was a used bath towel hanging on the inside of the bathroom door. Our own fresh clean towels were ready for us but the maid hadn't removed the previous occupant's. Not nice for us knowing where towels have been

Clean & good water pressure. Hard mattresses Room frigid on arrival and no thermostat controls so woke up very hot in middle of night (and very achey from mattress) Armchairs in lounge had very poor cushioning Shower heat controls were on a knife edge Loo roll holder positioned to stand you in side or shoulder Poorly signed on the services entry road BBC 1 sound did not work

Ramada definitely not that Ramada.
On my arrival my room was really cold. No heating in the bathroom. No glasses for your toothbrush. My room was on the ground floor and from the above ( celling) I was hearing loud tumbling like people dancing . When I called to the reception for the assistance no one picks up the phone . Definitely it was my first and last stay there.

Availability for parking wasn't very good and had to park in the Lorry Park. Upin arrival during the early hours, we received a very warm welcome from a very friendly and helpful gentleman at reception who provided us with the room we had asked for in advance and which we stayed at previously. We will return again as its also very convenient for us on our way home to stop off from Bristol Airport

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It suited us because we needed to travel into the city of Bristol and did not want to drive, however there was a bus stop near the complex which provided regular trips to and from Bristol.
