Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure trash is disposed into dumpster, located near the tennis courts at the bottom of the road (across the street). The dumpster code is 1205

Winter months- turn heat down to 55 Summer months - turn ac off

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
