We had paid extra for secure parking. On our arrival the access code would not work, we called the phone number given, only to be told we had the wrong number, the correct number was sent to us, however we were told that person was unavailable, and to leave a message. After approx 20 minutes we got through and we were told you how need a fob to open the car parking gate. After almost an hour faffing around, we finally got our car parked and got into our apartment. The apartment was clean and very nice. We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight problems were resolved in a very speedy and impressive manner.
