We stayed at this property on the way and on the way back. It’s the most charming older home! It’s clean, comfortable, VERY well stocked with towels (which I love) and really made me feel like I was in my little Nannie’s house. There is a lot of restaurants and gas stations very close by which is great if you are traveling. I loved it! The owner communicates promptly and is very helpful. My daughter tried to use the bathtub with the jets but it leaks, so we ended up with a giant puddle all over the floor. It had coffee, which was nice (make sure you bring sugar if you are a sugar person). No door on 2 of the bedrooms, so make sure you all go to bed at the same time, otherwise you hear everything everyone else is doing. The morning sunrise was nice from the downstairs screened in area, which we got to listen to the birds chirp in the morning.
