Our room was ok but when we are in bed the bed bugs feast on us, when we open the lights they running everywhere in the bed. We did not sleep the whole night. We waited till 10:30 to talk to the owner because the guy in the reception cannot say anything. We don’t have choice but to sign out because no room to move. 4 days already but still swelling and itchy all the bits in my body, my mom and my Son. They only refund the two days remaining but not the first day. We have trauma in that night, that is the first time we encounter in that kind of situation.

When we ordered the hotel, it did not state they don't have a lift.
When we arrived and they arranged a room with no lift, even in our order we have stated we got a kid under 2!
They can change to another room but that room won't have an air-con, which baby may not sleep under these hot weather!
We have no choice, need to bring the buggy, two luggage with a baby upstair.
The staffs were helpful, carried our luggage to the room, waive our parking fee and allowed us to late check out.
Pool is good, restaurant is good.
But when you book this hotel, confirm whether you get what you need.

One exec room where aircon didn't work was given to us but thankfully the staff changed the room very quickly. Its not about whats wrong but how the staff react when things go wrong, as they sometimes do.

Room needs updated, walls need to be painted a fridge is needed in the rooms and a hot water/. coffee machine is need in reception. Staff are friendly breakfast was ok.
