Lovely 1,5-room with balcony, sleeping gallery and swimming pool. Central and sunny location with great panoramic view of Lago Maggiore.

\- Living Area: The living room is comfortably furnished, featuring access to the balcony where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake.  
\- Sleeping Gallery: Located above the living area, the sleeping gallery includes two single beds placed together, offering a peaceful night's rest.  
\- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances for meal preparation, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.  
\- Bathroom: Includes a shower and WC, neatly maintained for convenience.  
  
Additional Features:  
\- Entertainment: Equipped with a flat-screen TV and Cablecom Digital TV, providing a range of German language channels.  
\- Laundry Facilities: A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room, adding convenience for longer stays.

Some of the properties are “hidden”. In Tessin, the street names are not always indicated, and the GPS might lead you to the wrong side of the property where you won’t be able to park and unload the car. For this reason we strongly suggest you follow the directions that you will receive together with your invoice.  
  
Casa Brissago is a beautiful, romantic and cozy 1.5-room apartment with balcony and sleeping gallery. The apartment is stylishly furnished and in a quiet and sunny location. Great panoramic view of Lake Maggiore.  
  
Enjoy and take advantage of the proximity to Italy. In less than 10 minutes you are on the Italian side where you will find charming villages, small restaurants with excellent food at Euro prices, as well as much cheaper shopping.  
  
PLEASE NOTE: Casa Brissago is immediately adjacent to Casa Calebris - Object \*contact info removed\* Casa Brissago sleeps 2 and Casa Calebris next door sleeps 3, making both apartments ideal for a larger family of 5, or alternatively, two couples. With separate entrances you have complete privacy, but the 2 terraces are right next to each other so you can enjoy afternoon cocktails and the amazing view together!  
  
Large swimming pool with sunbathing area available.  
  
Please note: The swimming pool is NOT heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.

PARKING - PLEASE NOTE: Casa Brissago offers one parking space for your vehicle. One dog is allowed in Casa Brissago.  
  
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Brissago. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.  
  
Casa Brissago is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV or Bluewin TV (incl. all German language channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in communal laundry room.

#### Steckdosen hätten aus Sichheitsgründen eine Kontrolle nötig. Insbesondere in der Küche.

Reinigung oberflächlich. Schreiberei bei der Reservation zu umfangreich. Super Lage. Wohnung hat alles, was es für Ferien braucht.
