Park your car in the security spot downstairs & walk to everything!  
The space  
This 1-bedroom apartment is in Ivy & Eve building but managed exclusively by us, not the on-site management.  
  
The building resort facilities feature a dedicated recreational deck, infinity pool, gym, heated spa + BBQ facilities.  
  
Put your feet up in the air-conditioning with streaming Netflix on the huge 50’ Smart TV, lightening fast WiFi (500M/ 250M), setup on the dedicated indoor / outdoor office with desk + chair, have a meal at the dining room table, or close the door for some solitude in the bedroom or balcony…  
  
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!  
  
There’s also a full laundry with washing, machine & dryer to keep you clean :)
