Centrally located in intercity Westend just 3km from Brisbane CBD, a Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping center, and riverside. Numerous quaint cafes, restaurants, gyms, and specialty stores are also just a quick walk away, as well as lush green parks, riverside, and playgrounds. This is a 4-story Townhouse with 3 bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood. It consists of: Ground Floor \- Parking garage (1 spot) and Laundry Level 1 \- 1 Living room with a smart TV and sofa \- Kitchen and Dining area \- Balcony with outdoor furniture Level 2 \- 1 bedroom with a queen bed + ensuite with shower \- 1 bedroom with a queen bed \- 1 bathroom with shower Level 3 \- Master room with a queen bed + ensuite with shower - separate air conditioning \- Rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture · A ducted Air conditioning system is available for all rooms. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities.
