From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel right at home. Inside, you’ll find six bedrooms across both duplex's and four beautiful bathrooms, everyone can enjoy an easy start to their day before heading out to explore.  
  
Open-plan living and dining areas create inviting spaces to gather - whether you’re preparing meals, enjoying long lunches, or unwinding with a movie. Each fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of bench space, making cooking for a crowd simple and enjoyable.   
  
Both homes offer the comforts of air-conditioning throughout, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi, so you can relax with all the conveniences of home.   
  
Each residence has its own private entry, with a shared rear gateway connecting the fenced backyards - perfect for keeping kids safe while they play outdoors. Step outside to private balconies perfect for slow mornings or sunset drinks, along with two BBQ areas set up for easy alfresco dining. After a swim or a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle into the laid-back rhythm of island evenings. Each property features its own fire pit area, ideal for sharing stories and stargazing on cooler nights.  
  
Centrally located in Amity Point, this welcoming escape puts you close to the swimming enclosure, local shop and restaurant, and the relaxed charm of North Stradbroke Island.
