Villa 44 is located in a convenient part of Tangalooma Resort. Property management were accommodating and organised a high chair and cot for us. The villa is well designed, however we would suggest that you bring an additional fan if children are staying in the small room. It was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. The Villa was not clean and sand throughout the floors, in beds and dirty toilet floors had to be cleaned by us first to make it habitable. Neverthess, the layout was good and location superb. It needs a good clean and some more comfortable furniture along with some general maintenance to bring it up to a good standard. It would have been nice to have some wifi to watch TV, but we were aware this was limited. We also suggest the villa needs to have mats so that feet can be cleared of sand upon entry.
