It may not have all the mod cons but it sure makes up for that with it's great setting in a quiet street and close beach, shops and pub. We love the wildlife that comes to visit and the tranquil garden setting. The only gripe we have is that possibly the beds ( in the two up stairs bedrooms) are getting a little worn out and probably need replacing. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and appliances. The bathroom was clean. The only suggestion I would make to the owner/s is to have ceiling fans or air con installed as it was hot sometimes even in April. Overall the feel of the house was well loved and comfortable.
