Situated in historic Red Hill, you'll be a 15-minute bus ride from the CBD and within a 20-minute stroll of the area's parks and playgrounds as well as an abundance of dining options along Paddington's Latrobe Terrace. Indulge in some brunch and boutique shopping before returning home to relax in air-conditioned open living or dine alfresco on the generous private balcony where an outdoor setting overlooks this charming neighbourhood. Enjoy the ease of parking, in-unit laundry and two bathrooms.  
An inviting, open layout and modern conveniences will make you feel right at home, with a fresh, light palette and pared-back furnishings offering a laidback space to relax. In the living area, a large sofa provides ample room to settle in with a movie, while central air-conditioning and heating as well as ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort.  
  
When you're not sampling the local cafes and restaurants, you’ll find all you need in the kitchen to cook up meals, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Dine at the six-seater table or head out to the private and spacious balcony, where an outdoor table setting offers leafy treetop views.  
  
Two light and airy bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom including a queen-size bed while the second has two single beds, making it an ideal stay for a family. The primary bedroom also features a walk-in robe and an ensuite with a shower, vanity and mirror, while in the main bathroom, you’ll also find a bathtub and complimentary toiletries.  
  
Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, a secure parking space and a washing machine and dryer.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
You’ll be nestled at the heart of this charming neighbourhood and within an easy walk of most attractions, including the iconic Red Hill Cinemas just around the corner, where you can catch a blockbuster or an art house film. Gourmet providore Botanica, offering salads and pastries, is also within a two-minute walk, while local favourite Colle Rosso serves delicious Italian dishes next door to your stay.
