Apartment overlooking GABBA was fantastic. Location, location. Quick walk to Coles, cafes, brewery, gyms and restaurants. Easy walk to the river area. Bed and pillows super comfy and a little welcome gift with snacks. Other reviews might whinge, but it's a serviced apartment, not a 5star hotel. The bed sheets in one room had stains on them and the blue throw had white marks that was clearly not a clean blanket? When I phoned reception to ask them to be changed the reception says “there will be a charge for room service” ?? Obviously, this is a basic people expect clean sheets and additionally shower was dirty with soap scum on shower head. After 20+ min call and waiting, I finally got the keys, but the instructions came with it was not very clear, causing further issues. I also had to call twice to get tax invoice for the stay. The rooms are clean and well equiped, and the little welcome snack boxes were very nice. However, the room was very noisy even after J switched off all the power source (aircon, fridge etc al).
