The Docks is a super convenient hotel, located close to Brisbane CBD, without the prices of the CBD! The room was relatively clean; only a few weird items such as there was a strange small emanating from the bathroom and the carpet needed stretching. Other than that, an outstanding pool and a suite that contained all the essentials for making your own meals.

We enjoyed our stay at Docks on Goodwin. Property was well appointed with pool, gym and tennis court. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good location close to the Story Bridge. Would stay again

The apartment was very nice and check in was very nice. I am a Front Office Manage of a hotel so know the procedure I was given a map of where to park and parked. No problem on the first night of my stay. However in the middle of a wedding I was texted they my car was going to be towed away as I was in the wrong spot. Whoever does the overnight should learn to be so not aggressive and rude. I have been working in this industry for 40 years and it was a simple mistake. Finally I talked to a lovely lady who said - no problem they can park next to you. Was it that difficult to have the car park in the next carspace? Nice apartments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at he Dock on Goodwin! The location was excellent close access to one of the free city hopper ferry terminals which gave us access to South Bank, downtown and Fortitude Valley. Great walking paths, and a great selection of local pubs and restaurants! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming! The rooms clean, kitchen well equipped and the neighbour hood quiet and safe! Had the pool to ourselves quite often! Would highly recommend!

Great stay
We came to Brisbane for a school reunion and to visit family and friends. The Docks was very convenient for us and close to all our destinations.

Very old room, hardly looks like photos. Needs a good clean. Air vents never cleaned, strands of hair everywhere. Dusty cupboards, etc. Wasn’t game to use the kettle. Location good

Great stay in modern apartment.
Great communication regarding out of hours check in. Phone answered promptly which was a relief. Secure parking a bonus. Spacious and well equipped modern apartment with plenty of room to do laundry on long road trip. Quiet area with a large balcony. Easy access into central Brisbane via ferry from Holman Street terminal.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Docks on Goodwin. Close to public transport and the city and working walking distance to some great eateries and sites. The rooms were spacious and we had great views of the river and city.

Location is ideal. And the parking is a bonus. We had a total of 3 units 1 of which appeared to have been refurbished the other 2 were showing signs of age. But for the price it’s ok handy to town Ferry’s and plenty of Ubers servicing the area. Something to be mindful of is the Reception closes prior to check in on the weekends so make sure you call ahead.

on arival I went to the bathroom and found that someone had urinated on the toilet roll and it had not been replaced further the cabinetry had water(?) stains that had not been cleaned...discusting!

The accommodation was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do-Story Bridge Climb. It was walking distance to many places but also had the free city bus near by, Amenities were great! Only negative would be the ensuite shower-a bottle of exit mould would do wonders
